CHICKEN SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tbsp vinegar 1 lettuce - chopped 4 boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded 2 onions, chopped 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
INSTRUCTION Prepare the dressing 45 minutes by combining the soy sause, sugar, sesame oil, vegetable oil and vinegar in a salad bowl. Boil and cooked the chicken breast till done. Combined the lettuce together with the shredded chicken, onions and toasted sesame seeds. Chill about 20 minutes and pour the dressing over the top and serve immediately.
