BROCCOLI SALAD INGREDIENTS 1 fresh broccoli, chopped 2 small cup of grapes 1 onion, finely diced 2 breast chicken, shredded 1 small cup sunflower seeds 1 tbsp white sugar 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
INSTRUCTION Place the shredded chicken and pan fried till golden brown. Drain crumble and set aside. Boil and cook the fresh broccoli and drained. Prepare dressing by whisking together the sugar, mayonnaise and white wine vinegar. pour over broccoli, grapes and onion, shredded chicken and sunflower seeds. Toast until well coated, refrigerated till chilled and serve.
