APRICOT PORK CHOP 

INGREDIENTS

2     tsp butter

5     pork loin chops

1     onion, chopped

1     can halved apricot

1     tsp  flour

3     tbsp tomato puree

3     bay leaves

3     tbsp vinegar

1     tbsp seasoning

 

COOKING INSTRUCTION

Heat the the butter and pan fry the pork chops until brown. Remove the pork chop and fry the onion. Stir in the flour and cook for several minutes. Remove from heat. Place into the frying pan and stir the apricot juice, tomato puree, bay leaves, vinegar, and seasoning. Bring to a boil while stirring and cook for a couple of minutes. Pour mixture over chops and bake in oven at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes. Place chops on heated serving dish and garnish with apricot.
