The Massage Therapy

Before receiving the aromatherapy massage we should have a cool shower.  Don’t have a massage if you have flu or any serious condition. After the massage, drink a glass of fresh water immediately. Lie still for at least ten minutes before getting up. Drinking plenty of water for the day is important, as the kidneys will be active in eliminating the toxins. Avoid alcohol after the treatment to give the body a chance to detoxify thoroughly.
