Cardamon oil is distilled
from the seed and is imported from South and Central America. It has a spicy aroma
with floral undertones. Cardamon has been used in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese
medicine for over 3,000 years.
Usage:
Relieving mental fatigue, nervous strain, and heartburn;
for healing coughs and bronchitis, anorexia, to uplift and warm, as an
aphrodisiac. Avoid use on allergic skin.
